Niagra Falls is absolutely amazing. We took a 4-hour tour which included everything on the American side of the falls. The photos above show:
a) The Niagra River which flows from Lake Erie into Lake Ontario. Camera position is 500 yards upstream from the falls. The big cloud of mist is rising up from the bottom of the falls. The buildings in the distance are in Canada.
b) A segment of Horseshoe Falls (where Wolinda walked a few weeks ago) with the Canadian cliffs and hotels along the rim.
c) Licia and Pete at the bottom of the American Falls .
WHAT A MORNING!
Friday Afternoon and Saturday morning:
After a quick lunch back at the Niagra Falls Campground, we hoisted anchor and drove 90 min. west on Rt 90 to Forestville, NY. We had a wonderful afternoon, evening and early morning on the 80 acre farm of Scott and Candy Campbell.

Scott is retired from his position as Choral Director and Chair of Performing Arts at Farmington (CT) High School where his a cappella group The Madrigals and Pete's LA group SLACS had a number of exchange concerts between 1997 and Scott's retirement in 2006. It was great to see the Campbells again and catch up on each others' families.
I write this at 2 PM on Saturday June 30. We have arrived at our campground in the Cleveland, OH area and will shortly be leaving for a first look at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. We will continue that visit tomorrow and end the 2 days here with a late afternoon Lake Erie boat cruise! Another blog entry and some more photos Sunday night. That's all for now.
